high noise levels missing holder
the room was clean, which i expect.
the noise levels were awful. i could hear everything from other rooms, including every conversation and step, that was really annoying. also, there was no toilet roll holder in the bathroom, just what i needed.

fantastic room!
fluffy towels coffee machine full-size hairdryer
The room had lovely fluffy towels. there was a coffee machine with pods available. water bottles were in the fridge. i appreciated the inclusion of an iron, ironing board, and full-size hairdryer. a fan radio and tv were also available. I found these very useful.
street noise outside was excessive, lasting until after midnight. i could also hear someone snoring in the room above. this kept me awake all night. i could hear people talking in other rooms and even walking around.

the room had a high-end finish and was beautifully decorated. the bed was very comfortable and the decor was well-designed. extra touches, such as lovely toiletries, were provided. i really enjoyed the overall space.

The location is central. It is very close to shops, restaurants, and the lake. there were plenty of dining options nearby. This made it very convenient. i also liked the easy access into the town.

friendly landlady separate entrance central location windy steps
the landlady was friendly and cute upon arrival. the room itself was smart, clean, and tidy. it had a separate entrance to the side, this entrance was also clean and well-decorated..
the location was a bit too central and noisy. it might be cold in autumn, winter, or spring. the steps were windy and narrow, they might be tricky for people with less mobility.

poor soundproofing uncomfortable pillows
our room was a king room, but it seemed like some basics were missing. the soundproofing was not good at all i heard every little noise from other rooms. also, the pillows were not comfortable, so i did not sleep well.

Excellent location and super clean room
great decor super clean room amazing bathroom
The room had great decor, it was spotlessly clean. The bathroom looked amazing too. The location put me right in the heart. The hosts were lovely and gave fabulous restaurant recommendations.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear every footstep and toilet flush from surrounding rooms. The room was small. There was no dressing table.

Kath gave me a friendly reception. Nick provided support. He sent emails. The emails had places to park. Beautiful walks and local restaurants were listed.

The bed was huge. It felt really comfortable. Locally made shower gel was in the big double shower. A great tub existed. The room had all the facilities needed.

There is no breakfast. The only open place to eat before 9 am was Costa. This is very close. A few coffee and biscuits were in the room.

adequate stay
immaculate room perfect location lacking soundproofing noisy footsteps
the room was immaculate. the location was close to shops, restaurants, and the docks.
the lack of soundproofing was noticeable. i could hear people talking and footsteps from other rooms.
